“JC” Sola has over 26 years in the insurance industry. His background includes product development, sales and marketing of large international accounts, underwriting and overseeing claims and accounting teams.
Juan Carlos has worked with companies such as American International Group (AIG/Chartis), American Bankers Insurance Group (known today as Assurant), Property Insurance Agency, Integrand and Trans-Oceanic Life Insurance Company where he served as Chief Operating Officer.
Juan Carlos graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a B.S. in Business and subsequently completed his MBA at Inter American University with a major in Finance. During his insurance career he obtained his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from the National Insurance Alliance and his Associated in Insurance Services (A.I.S.) from the Insurance Institute of America.
Juan Carlos has authored several insurance articles published in prominent newspapers in Puerto Rico and Caribbean. Juan Carlos is an active member of The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors and the Insurance Institute of America.
